This class blends mindfulness with communication skills in order to provide resources for having difficult conversations. For those interested in staying engaged across difference and “bridging the divide”.

Using Mindfulness practices as a tool for seeing clearly, this class explors how and why we feel stuck, confused, or trapped and how we can listen to our heart’s innate wisdom to discover more freedom and ease within ourselves. Each class included meditation practice, a talk, and group sharing.
How do we move beyond fear to discover the innate goodness, bravery, and wisdom that is at the core of our being? In this meditation workshop we explore how meditation practice can help us smile at our fear.
